The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien (DtGV - German Society for Consumer Studies) conducted a study, "Deutschlands Beste Franchise-Konzepte 2023" (Germany's Best Franchise Concepts 2023).

The results were published at the beginning of September. Around 400 (franchise) companies in 64 sectors were examined in the areas of innovation, customer satisfaction and value for money. The study was conducted independently and the companies examined were not informed - so we only found out about it when the results were announced. Each company received at least 100 ratings and the comparison was made both within the respective sector and across sectors.
